UPDATE:  This tea is the bomb !  Tastes like a cup of Lipton tea  #delish

Per my doula, I am to start drinking nursing tea to help develop my milk ducts and to enhance the quality of my milk.  I ordered a tea from a certified herbalist.  Hope it’s as good in taste as the ladies rave about !
