Today is CD 4 and Stim Day 3. Upon waking, I take Synthroid, wait 4 hours and then start taking the other supplement 2 hours or so apart. I injected the Ganirelix with ease and am now relaxing and trying to figure out what to do with my niece today, now that she is not sick anymore.
Tomorrow, the Neupogen will be in at the pharmacy and I will pick it up and start injecting it. I am so hoping that these new meds make a marked difference for me and this cycle will be MY BFP cycle and I will carry to term. This whole process is very taxing and is so uncertain.
I have my next sonogram and blood draw on Wednesday and will be starting Follistim on that day. I do back for more blood work and another sonogram on Friday and then again on the following Monday and Wednesday.
Fingers, arms, legs, toes, and eyes crossed that this works ! Prayers sent up too 🙂
I can’t even express how much I want this cycle and protocol to work for you.
That reminds me of a question I’ve been meaning to ask you. Did Dr. K up your Neupogen to the therapeutic dose for implantation failure/RPL treatment? I seem to recall last time the dose was quite low and not based on weight. If that’s still the case what is the reason for doing that, do you know?

Hey, just noticed your photo has Claritin-D. I was told that the D line are not recommended in pregnancy. Can you switch to the regular Claritin closer to transfer? I’ve been on that daily since 3+ weeks before my FET.

I did not address this with him. What is the ” therapeutic dose?” They have me down for taking .5 ml per day currently. What was your dosage? I will text Dr.K and ask about upping it.

The usual therapeutic dose is 1 mcg/kg/day. Mine was at that level until my immune system developed an adaptive response when it was increased to 1.5 mcg/kg/day. Is it covered by insurance for you?

My dosage is actually more then because they have me taking 30mcg (0.1 ml) per day. It is equivalent to .5 cc

Okay, great. Mine was 1.5 as well for much of my first tri because of my petulant immune system. I’m really hoping this works!

1.5 ml? What is the name of the immune test they do every other week to make sure the NK is at bay and immune system is still dormant? Lost my notes 😦

I don’t recall off hand. My records are at home. Are you testing with Reprosource?

They are doing the labs thru LabCorp

Hmn. I’m of no help then as all of mine were through RS and they have their own naming conventions as I had full cytokine monitoring panels done every 4 weeks.

Oh okay… And my dosage was incorrect. I am supposed to take .34 ml based on the conversion of lbs to kg and the mcgs ….

I know right ! I sent the info to my doc so he can make the appropriate adjustment for other patients who they are prescribing it for as well…

Sorry, 1.5 units per kg per day. I don’t recall how many ml that was.

No, insurance is not covering it. I got a bunch last 2 cycles I got them from other patients. This time I have to pay for it OOP.
