FDA Warning Letters – Is Your Fertility Clinic on the list?
Check this list for fertility clinics and other related services (ie: 23andMe.com) which have been found in violation. There are clinics who used donors who tested positive for HIV or answered YES to having had sexual relations with a MAN in the past five years ! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH !!

Wow. No stats like that in Canada to my knowledge. I assume they mean unprotected sex with another man?

There is a question on the form that asks if the male has had sexual relations with a man in the past five years. It does not specify protected or not. Even with condoms, that is not 100% unfortunately.
